We want you to love what you get from Morton James as much as we do! However, if you don't, we are happy to accept your return under the following conditions:
-Merchandise must be returned within 7 DAYS after receiving your package.
-Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached and accompanied with receipt.
-All shoes must be returned unworn and in original packaging.
-All hair accessories and bodysuits are final sale.
-All SALE items (including promotional discounts) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Gift Cards cannot be returned.
-Shipping charges will not be included in exchange/return.
-Credits are contingent upon inspection of items once we receive it.
-Gift cards issued online can only be redeemed online. Gift cards purchased in-store can only be used for in store purchases.
Morton James returns are issued in the form of STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. Once you have read the above and would still like to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 859.286.9717 before sending back merchandise. Please include your order number as the subject of the email.
